Student Meeting Rooms

Student Meeting Rooms are available in DARE and ACCE buildings for group study. Each room is equipped with a TV to connect and share your screen.

To book a meeting room:

• Select a time on the booking grid below.
• Fill out the form and submit.
• Within 15 minutes of your booking submission, go in to your email and click on the verification link. If you do not verify, your booking will be cancelled.
• Upon arrival, scan the QR code in the meeting room and enter the code provided in your confirmation email to check-in.
• You have 15 minutes from the start of your booking time slot to check-in. If you do not check-in, the room will be cancelled and released for other students to book.

Groups can book a meeting room up to 2h per day. The rooms become available to book 24 hours in advance.

The rooms are located at the Ottawa campus, DARE District (C building).
