Book a meeting room in 3 easy steps. Step 1. Submit your booking request on our website. Step 2. Verify your booking via the email link within 15 minutes. Step 3. Use the code from the email to check in by scanning the QR code on the meeting room door within 15 minutes.

  • PURPOSE: Meeting rooms are available for groups of two or more students to collaborate and study.
  • LOCATION: DARE District (Building C), and ACCE building.
  • EQUIPMENT: TV (click here for instructions on how to connect to a TV to share your screen.)
  • AVAILABILITY: 24 hours in advance, for up to 2 hours per day.
