Book a Group Study Room at Pembroke Campus Library

  • PURPOSE: Rooms are available for groups of two or more students to collaborate and study.
  • LOCATION: Pembroke Campus, Second Floor
  • EQUIPMENT: TV with HDMI port
  • AVAILABILITY: One day in advance, for up to 2 hours per day.

Please respect the below rules when using these rooms:

  • Quiet study area
  • Maximum 2 hours may be booked per day across all study rooms
  • Groups must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 people 
  • Do not leave rooms unattended
  • Headphones required if attending a virtual class or meeting
  • Ensure that the room is tidy when you leave
  • Vacate the room promptly at the end of your booking 

Important: The outer doors to the Pembroke Campus building are locked one hour prior to the campus' closing time. If you are booking a study room within the last hour of the day, please ensure that you are inside the building before the time that the doors are to be locked. Those already inside the building can remain until close.
