Student Meeting Rooms

 

Student Meeting Rooms are available in DARE and ACCE buildings for group study. Each room is equipped with a TV to connect and share your screen.

Booking a Meeting Room: Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  1. Choose a Time: Select a time slot on the booking grid below.
  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the required information and submit the form.

Step 2: Verify Your Booking

  1. Check Your Email: Within 15 minutes of submitting your request, open the verification email we send you.
  2. Click the Verification Link: Follow the link in the email to confirm your booking.
    Important: If you don’t verify within 15 minutes, your booking will be automatically canceled.

Step 3: Check In When You Arrive

Note: You have 15 minutes from the start of your booking time to check in. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled and the room will be made available to others.

  1. Scan the QR Code: Scan the QR code on the desk sticker/wall poster in the meeting room.
    No QR code? If you don’t see a QR code, just email us at slc@algonquincollege.com or head to the SLC Kiosk during business hours in the main foyer on the 2nd floor of Building C.
  2. Enter Your Code: Input the code provided in your confirmation email to check in.

 

Groups can book a meeting room up to 2h per day. The rooms become available to book 24 hours in advance.

 

The rooms are located at the Ottawa campus, DARE District (C building).
