Student Meeting Rooms
Student Meeting Rooms are available in DARE and ACCE buildings for group study. Each room is equipped with a TV to connect and share your screen.
Booking a Meeting Room: Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Submit Your Request
- Choose a Time: Select a time slot on the booking grid below.
- Complete the Form: Fill out the required information and submit the form.
Step 2: Verify Your Booking
- Check Your Email: Within 15 minutes of submitting your request, open the verification email we send you.
- Click the Verification Link: Follow the link in the email to confirm your booking.
Important: If you don’t verify within 15 minutes, your booking will be automatically canceled.
Step 3: Check In When You Arrive
Note: You have 15 minutes from the start of your booking time to check in. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled and the room will be made available to others.
- Scan the QR Code: Scan the QR code on the desk sticker/wall poster in the meeting room.
No QR code? If you don’t see a QR code, just email us at slc@algonquincollege.com or head to the SLC Kiosk during business hours in the main foyer on the 2nd floor of Building C. - Enter Your Code: Input the code provided in your confirmation email to check in.
Groups can book a meeting room up to 2h per day. The rooms become available to book 24 hours in advance.
The rooms are located at the Ottawa campus, DARE District (C building).
