Consent and Cookies 🍪

Let’s be real talking about consent can feel awkward. But what if you could practice it while making delicious cookies?

Consent and Cookies is a hands-on, low-pressure workshop where you’ll explore what good consent looks like in everyday situations; through the fun (and tasty) process of building your own custom cookie. You’ll get to practice asking, offering, negotiating, and respecting boundaries: all while choosing your favorite ingredients and creating a snack that’s totally your style.

We’ll break down the basics of consent in a way that’s clear, relatable, and useful. You’ll learn how to:

• Ask for what you want (without it being weird)
• Say no (and feel good about it)
• Handle rejection with respect
• Understand how things like power and gender can shape our experiences

Whether you’re new to the topic or just want to build your confidence, this workshop is a fun and meaningful way to learn how to bring consent into your everyday relationships, on campus, in your community, and beyond.
