Winter for Beginners In-Person

Winter is coming!! This season is a beautiful time of year if you are prepared for it. The IEC and the Student's Association have teamed up to bring you Winter for Beginners. Drop in, grab a hot chocolate and learn about how to survive winter in Canada.

We will have folks present to speak to you about:

Taking care of yourself during the winter to avoid physical illness as well as seasonal depression.
Health and safety surrounding snow, ice and water.
Dressing for winter.
Staying active and engaged during these cold and dark months.

Whether you are excited for winter or dreading it, you must be prepared! See you there!
