Spring 2019 Academic International Orientation In-Person
The International Education Centre would like to invite all new academic students to attend our upcoming Academic International Student Orientation. This orientation event has been designed to provide you with the resources you need to assist with your academic and social transition here in Canada.
Important reasons to attend International Student Orientation Include:
- Obtain information about Support Services that can assist you during your studies
- Learn information about Health, Wellness and your GuardMe Health Insurance Policy
- Obtain information about Immigration as it relates to your studies here in Canada
- Learn more about student life and how to adapt to new Canadian culture and academic environment
- Great opportunity to meet your classmates and ask questions

**One event registration per student, do not register multiple times for this event.
**Due to limited space, guests will not be able to attend this event.
Registration: An email with the International Student Orientation registration details will be sent to the personal email address identified in your Algonquin College admission portal. If an agent or representative submitted an application on your behalf, please ask your agent or representative to update your personal email address so that you receive important information from the International Education Centre (IEC) including the invitation to attend the International Student Orientation.
